Vivien Jones is part of the Carbone Lawyers Class Actions team.

Vivien graduated from Deakin University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Laws. In the same year she completed a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the Leo Cussens Centre for Law.

During her studies, Vivien represented Deakin University in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Hong Kong and Vienna, where her team placed in the top 5%.

Vivien’s experience includes placements with large and small business, giving her a deep insight and understanding on the commercial aspects of legal cases. 

Empathetic, assiduous and approachable, Vivien enjoys solving problems for her clients and achieving the best legal outcome possible.

Away from work, Vivien enjoys playing soccer, spending time with friends and family and her adopted greyhound.
