Nardine Hanna

Nardine is Special Counsel and an expert in Personal Injury Law & Litigation in WorkCover, Transport Accident, Public Liability & Medical Negligence claims. She manages the Essendon branch of Carbone lawyers and mentors her team as they grow in their personal injury litigation careers. 

Nardine completed her Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Science (Neuroscience) from The University of Melbourne in 2009.  She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court Victoria in February 2011.

Having practiced in the personal injury sphere since 2010, initially exclusively in WorkCover and then progressing to other facets of the personal injury sphere and litigating Transport Accident Claims, Public Liability and Medical Negligence matters, she has assisted injured workers win cases at all levels of the Victorian system including Supreme Court of Appeals and negotiated several hundred out of court settlements in her career.

Nardine is passionate about representing her injured clients. She is a direct communicator, using plain English to guide her clients through the litigation system with ease and obtaining the best possible settlements for their matter.
