Michael Simiele practices in all aspects of WorkCover, TAC and Public Liability.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Commerce (Management) from the Australian Catholic University, where he was awarded a place on the Executive Dean’s List. 

Michael completed his legal traineeship with Carbone Lawyers, where he gained extensive experience in all areas of personal injury law. 

A passionate and dedicated litigator with assiduous attention to detail, Michael prides himself on providing straightforward and strategic advice to his clients. He has successfully represented numerous injured Victorians in Court and successfully negotiated out-of-court settlements. 

Michael’s career highlight is obtaining a Supreme Court judgment of more than $1 million in compensation for a workplace injury. 

Away from work, Michael enjoys exploring Melbourne’s vibrant food scene with family and friends and going to AFL games to barrack for his beloved Richmond Tigers.
