Arsan Mutluel practices in all aspects of TAC and WorkCover.

Although his initial undergraduate degree was in Animal and Veterinary Biosciences, Arsan went on to complete the Juris Doctor programme at RMIT followed by a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law in 2017.

Arsan joins Carbone Lawyers with eight years of legal experience. Among his achievements is a successful TAC outcome for over $600K for a young father, who suffered significant psychological injury and lost livelihood as the result of a road accident. The result enabled the client to move on with his live and put the accident behind him. 

Being able to assit people when they need it most and bring some level of comfort in the most uncertain time is the most rewarding aspect of the law for Arsan. He especially passionate about helping WorkCover clients who have lost their livelihoods as a result of injuries that potentially could have been avoided.
