Samantha Mercuri has extensive experience in litigation and the Personal Injury jurisdiction, specifically TAC, WorkCover, Public Liability, Institutional Abuse and Medical Negligence. Sam provides her clients with a professional, empathetic, and strategic approach, achieving high-quality results. Sam understands the importance of communicating with clients every step of the way and hearing their story.

Sam is also an expert in Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Income Protection (IP), and Death Benefit claims, which require careful and cost-effective management.  

Over the years, Sam has successfully run numerous Magistrates’ Court, County Court, and Supreme Court hearings and negotiated countless impressive out-of-court settlements.

Sam completed a Bachelor of Laws/Arts (Major in Legal Studies) at La Trobe University and completed her Diploma of Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Institute of Law. Sam is an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria and has a passion for advocating for individuals’ rights.
