Maria Di Battista is part of the Personal Injury team at Carbone Lawyers. She was admitted to the Legal profession in 2019 after completing a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice at the College of Law.

Maria is experienced in Public Liability, WorkCover, and TAC matters. She has successfully settled a number of personal injury claims and achieved favourable outcomes for her clients.

For Maria, the most rewarding aspect of being a lawyer is providing support and high-quality advocacy for clients, assisting them in accessing justice and navigating the legal system. Outside of work, Maria enjoys keeping fit with running and outdoor activities. She also loves playing trivia with friends and family.
