As a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, John is accredited as a Specialist in Personal Injury Law by the Law Institute of Victoria.

John specialises in all aspects of Personal Injury Law and Litigation and has been recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a leading WorkCover, Transport Accident, and Compensation Plaintiff Lawyer and Litigator in Victoria, Australia, since 2016.

John is also the Chair of the Law Institute of Victoria Workers Compensation Committee. An expert in negotiating and resolving complex legal claims, John has obtained settlements for his clients over the past twenty years, totalling more than $50,000,000.

John’s career highlights include obtaining four separate Court judgments exceeding $1 million in compensation for injuries sustained by his clients.

In May 2019, John obtained a judgment of $1,043,000 in respect to a claim heard in the Supreme Court of Victoria for an injured worker claiming past and future economic loss and pain and suffering from the work injuries they sustained.
