Ciltra has experience helping injured people achieve outstanding outcomes in WorkCover, TAC, Public Liability, and Comcare matters. This includes achieving a $1.375 million settlement for a workplace accident.

Ciltra understands that the very heart of personal injury claims is vulnerable people living in anxiety and uncertainty about their future. Injured clients want to get on with their lives. Her priorities are not to prolong a claim for years and to respect the trust placed in her to get results. She is a no-nonsense lawyer who vigorously progresses her client’s claim to achieve an outcome, ideally without going to court. Seeing clients happy and satisfied is the motivation and driving force behind her career.

Ciltra holds a Bachelor of Law from Latrobe University and a Graduate Diploma in Practical Legal Training. Her legal training includes the Australian Medical Association’s Medicine for Lawyers and a Graduate Certificate in Mediation from Melbourne University.

In her spare time, Ciltra enjoys cooking and entertaining, watching her AFL team (North Melbourne) and going to the Ballet. Her favourite holiday destination is Vietnam, which she visits every year.
