Samantha Mercuri, Senior Associate, has worked in the Personal Injury jurisdiction for 6 years, providing clients with professional and empathetic legal services and achieving high-quality results.

Sam is an expert in Total and Permanent Disability (TPD), Income Protection (IP), Death Benefit claims, and litigation at the firm. Sam provides a strategic approach to TPD claims and understands the importance of liaising with clients every step of the way. Sam also practices across all areas of Personal Injury, namely, TAC, WorkCover, Medical Negligence and Public Liability. Over the years, Sam has been successful in a number of Magistrates’ Court, County Court, and Supreme Court matters and has negotiated numerous out-of-court settlements.

Sam completed a Bachelor of Laws/Arts at La Trobe University and completed her Diploma of Legal Practice at the Leo Cussen Institute of Law. Sam is an active member of the Law Institute of Victoria. Before joining Carbone Lawyers, Sam volunteered in the property and criminal law spheres and delved into Personal Injury Superannuation/TPD litigation.
