Mr. Miller trained completed his orthopedic training In Melbourne and then continued his training at Oxford University obtaining a master’s degree. He then traveled to Toronto Canada where he completed a fellowship in Spinal Surgery.
On returning to Australia, he joined the Orthopedic Unit at the Alfred Hospital and continues working there as a Senior Orthopedic Surgeon, focused primarily in trauma. The Alfred Hospital is Victoria’s largest and busiest trauma Centre. A full curriculum vitae is available through his website.
Mr. Miller continues in active clinical practice focused on knee, hip and shoulder surgery. In addition, he regularly undertakes medical legal work. His reports are detailed, balanced and well regarded by both plaintiff and defendant parties, aiding a high rate of early settlement.
His medicolegal practice covers TAC, Workcover and public liability cases. He is qualified to undertake all the relevant assessments including AMA Guides 2nd 4th and 5Th Editions.
