Carbone Lawyers is pleased to welcome Benjamin Broadby, who practises across personal injury and abuse law, employment disputes, civil and commercial litigation, and intervention order matters. 

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Australian Catholic University and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law, and was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Victoria in December 2024. He has appeared in VCAT, the Magistrates’ Court, and the Supreme Court of Victoria across a range of litigation matters.

For Benjamin, the most rewarding aspect of being a lawyer is earning a client’s trust and advocating for them during some of the most difficult periods of their lives. Clients would describe him as approachable, clear, and calm under pressure. Outside of work, he enjoys painting, playing pool with friends, and staying active.
